In order to protect the interest and right of our consumers, we wish to inform that our company does not provide standard warranty coverage and after sales service for all Zenne products that purchased from online platform.
Customers who purchased from unauthorized dealers through online platform must contact the resellers directly for any service or warranty claims. All service charges, transportation charge, labor and spare parts are chargeable with a fee. Only products purchased from Zenne authorized dealers and via Zenne website are entitled to the standard warranty coverage by Zenne.
